Their Florida east coast run has pickup locations in Titusville, New Smyrna Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Jacksonville & Tallahassee. Their Central Florida to Biloxi casino tours offer pickups in Kissimmee, The Villages and Ocala. These are three-night tours, Monday-Thursday, priced around $339/pp double occupancy and include accommodations at Beau Rivage, $25 in slot play and two $15 Beau Rivage dining vouchers.

All Around Tours of Nokomis, Florida offers Biloxi trips from Florida's Gulf Coast approximately monthly. Gamblers can take the bus to a Biloxi casino, either the IP Casino, Beau Rivage, Hard Rock or Boomtown, for as little as $25 (bring a friend for $15 more), and get up to $20 in free play, depending on the casino. Hotard Coaches used to offer multiple trips to Biloxi weekly departing from Louisiana, and daily trips from Alabama and Florida. Unfortunately, they currently are not offering any scheduled casino runs, though private party bus trips to Biloxi and other casinos can still be booked with them.

Skylink Express offers occasional trips to casinos in Biloxi from the Atlanta, Georgia area. For example, they have a 4 day/3 night trip including stay at Harrah's Gulf Coast for $349 per person, double occupancy.
