Biloxi Christmas Events

Oh, there's no place like the Gulf for the holidays.  Or at least we think that's how that song goes.  No?  Well, whatever: Christmas in Biloxi is still a special time in a special place, with a full slate of seasonal events beginning in November and continuing throughout December.  With so much going on in Biloxi this winter, who needs snow?  Events and specials will be continuously added to this page, so check back often.  Be sure to also check out our main events page year round for casino shows and your Best Bets in Biloxi entertainment each month.

Christmas at Beauvoir --  December 1 - 31

Beauvoir, the Jefferson Davis Home, kicks off the holiday festivities early.  From 6 - 8 p.m. each Saturday - Thursday night  (excluding Christmas night), visitors can enjoy a dazzling array of activities on the estate.   Tour the mansion, enjoy period games and crafts, marvel at the model train exhibit and tour the beautifully lit and decorated grounds on the Christmas train.  Food and beverages will be available, as well as photo opportunities with Father Claus, all while live Christmas music and other entertainers set the mood.

Annual Snowflakes in the Bay -- Bay St. Louis, Nov 27, 2015 - Jan 16, 2016

Taking place nightly in downtown Bay St. Louis and the Depot District, this FREE event is fun for the whole family.  Enjoy a stroll through beautiful holiday lighting, including snowflake-lit live oaks, and then enjoy sculptures from local artists in the Depot District.

Gulfport Harbor Lights Winter Festival -- Nov. 27, 2015 - Jan 3, 2016

Located at Jones Park off Hwy 90, the Harbor Lights Winter Festival takes place from 5-9 p.m. daily, with tickets only $5 per person, or $20 max for the whole car.  Santa is here, of course, as is Santa's Big Wheel, a 65-ft observation wheel. The family will also love the dancing light displays and family entertainment.

Santa and Friends on Ice at the Beau Rivage -- December 1-27

Tuesdays - Fridays at 7 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.  Tickets range from $12.95-24.95.

A family-friendly, and family-affordable, holiday extravaganza in the casino's showroom filled with real ice. The Beau's Christmas show features Santa, Mrs. Claus and their helpers, with amazing costumes and top-notch production, proving once again the adage "There's no business like Beau business".  As you might expect with a show of this quality at this price, many shows will sell out or nearly sell out well in advance, so plan (and purchase) ahead if possible.

Christmas on the Water -- December 6-7

Children's Parade: Whether you participated in the CoW parade as a kid and are now bringing your own children, or this is your first go-round, it's a really fun event.  The festivities start at 5 p.m. on December 6, and there will be marching bands, kids on hay-wagons throwing candy, kids eating candy (both on and off hay-wagons)-- and of course Santa.

Boat Parade: One of the highlights of year on the Gulf Coast, the Christmas on the Water Boat Parade has been going on so long nobody even remembers when it started.  Except maybe people who are over, say, 30.  Seriously, 28 years now -- that's some staying power!  On December 7, boats decked out in holiday lighting will parade between Biloxi Lighthouse and the Small Craft Harbor, with fireworks to follow.

Biloxi Christmas in the City (shopping) -- December 7

If you didn't make it to the Christmas City show at the Coliseum, here's a second chance to cross off all the names on your gift list in one place.  And frankly, even if you do make it to the show at the Coliseum, we'd recommend saving some special gifts to be bought right here in downtown Biloxi, because the selection will be amazing, and you'll really be able to find some nice and unique items, including arts and antiques.  Santa will be here, of course, as will excellent food and drink, and live entertainment.  And admission is absolutely free.  Open from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. in the Downtown Biloxi Arts District
